When your dog arrives, We will fully examine them for bumps, warts or ear infections because these could cause future health problems. We will give them a bath in warm water straight from the shower and will use professional shampoos and conditioners.
We love dogs and working with dogs is our passion, so, in our parlour your dog will not be sedated or harnessed. Patience and understanding is fundamental to the way I work.

Turner & Pooch is run from our salon in Grays, Essex. We operate the business on a simple philosophy; that during his/her stay with us every dog should receive an individual grooming service and be treated with the care and respect we would insist on for our own dogs. At Turner & Pooch all dogs are welcome be they pedigree, cross breed, elderly, rescue, puppy, or nervous. Every dog we groom is looked after to the highest standard whilst in our care.
We do not use cabinet dryers and never leave any dog unattended during any stage of the grooming process.
A comprehensive and professional dog grooming service is provided including clipping, styling and trimming, bathing, nail and paw care, eye and ear care
